Studio is for teams and agencies: several people, or several machines, captioning a lot of video, often in languages our speech service writes fastest. If one person captions their own or their clients' videos, buy Pro instead: $49 once, nothing to renew, with the client logo, brand presets and every feature added to Pro later at no charge. Studio makes one video at a time, like Pro: a queue for several files at once is not built.

No. Your own or a client's logo on the video (a PNG or SVG, in the corner and at the size you choose) and up to ten saved brand presets come with Pro, and so with Studio. They are not in the free videos.
Studio is tied to the email you subscribe with. On each computer or phone, choose Pro sign-in, type that email, then the six-digit code we send to it. Up to ten devices can be signed in at once, for you and the people who work with you; an eleventh sign-in signs out the device used longest ago. Presets and logos stay in the browser they were made in.
Any time. Your account on Burncaps shows how: Stripe's billing page, or an email to hello@burncaps.app from the address you subscribed with. Studio stays on to the end of the month you paid for, then stops, and nothing is charged after that.
You keep nothing extra: the extra devices, the extra speech hours and the higher limits stop when Studio ends, and the account goes back to three devices (the three used most recently stay signed in). If you also bought Pro, your Pro is separate and permanent, logo and presets included, and nothing about it changes. If you did not, the account goes back to the free videos.
Stripe tries again by itself and emails you. Studio stays on for 7 days from the first failed payment, then switches off until a payment goes through.
If Studio does not work on your machine, email hello@burncaps.app within 14 days of your first payment and you get it back in full. Try the free videos on the machine you will use first.
No. The video stays on your device, and a logo and your presets stay in your browser and are drawn onto the video there, like the captions. Your browser's network tab shows no request carrying them; the privacy policy lists every request the page makes.
