Burncaps is a browser-based tool that generates and burns captions into videos using AI that runs on your device. The free tier is provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantees. AI transcription makes mistakes, so review captions before publishing.
A Pro purchase (one-time payment) grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pro features indefinitely, on your own devices. Refunds: if Pro does not work on your machine, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your files never reach us, and you keep all rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos you caption and for how you use the output.
Do not use Burncaps to produce captions for unlawful content, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or resell licence keys.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordan Labs Ltd's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, which governs these terms.
